Since the advent of BRC (British Retail Consortium) accreditation, which is recognised by most UK retailers, we have consistently achieved higher level status which is now classed as Food Grade A accreditation.
We strive to exceed customer requirements.
To this aim we also hold Soil Association accreditation and AFS (Assured Food Standards) accreditation, which is commonly recognised by the red tractor symbol. Independent audits, sometimes unannounced, are regularly carried out by our customers and we continue to surpass their requirements.
On a local basis we have been awarded the highest achievement for the Tees Valley Food Hygiene award with five stars. This award is given by the local Environmental Health Unit for ‘Excellent’ standards of hygiene, structure and management.
